Find Mac users’ groups elsewhere with Apple’s User Group Search. For help starting or leading a group, see the Apple User Groups page.

The MacGroup-Detroit provides video of its most recent meeting on its website, and you can subscribe to their videos via iTunes.

In Australia, AppleUsers.org publishes its bimonthly Spotlight magazine with on-line archives, and has links to a number of users’ groups with their own magazines, ebooks and discussion lists.
 

What to do with your old computers:

Apple customers in the United Kingdom can use the Reuse and Recycling Programme provided by Dataserv GmbH. Here’s their FAQ page.

The Computers for Families project provides computers, Internet access, and training for Santa Barbara County students whose families cannot afford them.
